Yoga Nidra Fundraiser Class 

Benson Sheppard of Delbarton, WV is the 14-year-old son, of Donise and Billy Sheppard. He was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. Benson, and his family, have been in Cincinnati, OH since then for his surgery and upcoming treatments.  

All money raised from this class will go to his family for their continued expenses.  

Class is a minimum donation of $5 per person.  Cash is preferred, but PayPal will be accepted.  

Pre-registration is not required. 

Class begins at 6pm.  Please be on the floor and ready by 5:50.  Class will end by 7pm. 

Location: Community Center, West Williamson, WV 

Yoga experience is not needed.  Because this class requires an extended amount of stillness and silence, this is for ages 16 and above.  

Bring your yoga mat or a sleeping bag, blanket, pillow or yoga bolster.
