Class Descriptions Saturday 2/7-

INT/ADV Ballet | Adults deserve challenging ballet, too! This 90-minute intermediate/advanced ballet class is designed to stretch experienced dancers technically and artistically. Taught primarily using the Vaganova method, this class is a chance for 16+ dancers with ballet experience to work hard and wake up sore the next morning. 

Broadway Jazz: WICKED Edition | *Toss toss* Broadway Jazz lets you tell a story with style. In this special Wicked Edition Broadway Jazz class, men and women dancers aged 16+ are invited to sharpen jazz technique and develop character portrayal and storytelling skills. Learn Wicked-inspired choreography in this 90-minute workshop-style class. “Everyone deserves the chance to fly,” so this class is available to dancers of all skill levels. 

Beginner Ballet | Experience the famed strength, poise, and elegance of ballet in a “low-key” environment with high standards for technical excellence. Perfect for brand-new, just getting started, or seasoned dancers seeking to tune up their technique, this Beginner Ballet class is for men and women 16+. 

Dance Fitness | This 60-minute Dance Fitness class cycles between ab-blasting core exercises, strength-boosting mobility, and fun, approachable choreography designed to get your heart pumping. This class is perfect for anyone who loves to break it down like Just Dance and pump it up like Chris Pratt (after Parks and Rec). Movers ages 16+ of all skill levels and dance experience levels are welcome. Come as you are. Leave a little sweatier.
