When life changes, it rarely gives us time to pause. The pace of the world pushes us to keep moving amidst loss, endings, and heartbreak when what we truly need is a place to find rest, breathe, and be held.
This is that place.
Our Grief Circle is a monthly, community-centered offering for anyone navigating loss, transition, or emotional heaviness of any kind. Your grief doesn’t have to fit a certain format to be held here. Whether you are grieving a loved one, a relationship, a season of life, or simply the weight of the world, you are welcome here - exactly as you are.
Lexi, your illumination guide and trauma-informed facilitator, will gently lead the evening through a compassionate arc of grounding, reflection, expression, and release. Each month may take on a slightly different shape - incorporating writing, art-based practices, or somatic tools - but the heart of the circle remains the same: a calm, non-judgmental space to be witnessed, to remember, and to begin again.
During Our Time Together, We May Explore
- Guided reflection on what we are carrying and what we are ready to soften or release
- Gentle breathwork, somatic practices, and mindfulness to help the body feel safe, present, and supported
- Writing or creative art prompts for emotional processing
- Guided visualizations and meditations for holding, honoring, and releasing
- Intentional group sharing (listening is participation, too)
- Rituals of intention, light, remembrance, and renewal
Please Bring
- A journal or notebook
- A small item, photo, or symbolic token that represents what you are honoring or releasing
- Comfortable clothing
- Comfort items like plushies, blankets, etc.
- Whatever pain and tenderness you are carrying
⸻
This is a quiet, inclusive, non-religious space rooted in care, compassion, and relational healing.
You don’t have to have the right words - you only have to show up and be present in your humanity.
Together, we will create a monthly container for comfort, remembrance, release, and renewal.
