Have you found yourself scrolling through the news, wondering how you can make an impact in a way that isn't marching in the streets or being the face of a movement? Did you miss our last workshop and want another chance to attend?
Join us for a free 4-week workshop on the book, Micro Activism, by Omkari Williams. We'll be exploring ways to get involved with the causes you care about most, no matter your personality type, and helping each other find our most satisfying, effective and sustainable activist roles.
We will be meeting from 6:30 - 8 pm on Sundays March 22nd and 29th, April 12th and 19th at the Williamsburg Unitarian Universalists (WUU) at 3051 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg.
Books will be available at the workshop for $20. Free copies will also be available, if needed.
You can find more information on the author or the book, as well as further resources to accompany the book, on Omkari Williams' website:
