This 300-hour course is designed to introduce you to the vast field of yoga therapy. We will introduce you to modalities of yoga therapy as applied to various health conditions, and provide you with a solid foundation to build your knowledge on your path to become a yoga therapist.

This offering is for residents in the area to participate in our training on a commuter basis, one weekend per month (typically Fri-Sun) over the course of 10 months.
