- 10/6/25: Sign ups for all events go live with discounted rate
- 12/8/25: Sign up fees increase
- 1/5/26: Sign up fees increase to final price
- 1/26/26: All registration closes at 12:01am MST/2:01am EST

*MISCELLANEOUS*

- Registration: Please see instructions within each event. If you played last year or played in a Pongstars Virtual Event then it should not be an issue for you.

- Why this way? Running events of this nature take an incredible amount of time. Valuable time that we don't necessarily have to waste. Opening sign ups in October reduces the amount of time we have to spend updating while also giving everyone plenty of time to plan, save and book for their trip.

- Overall, you can expect a very similar event as last year with some minor tweaks that will improve the experience as a whole.
