. We all remember getting our first library card, taking home books and learning to read.  We hope you still find wonder and excitement in reading!
.  Our child is seated in a Williamsburg Chair Factory high back caned chair.  Williamsburg was known for its chair and furniture factories and was once the largest employer in the village.  Many families have descendants who crafted these fine chsirs.  
. Harmony Hill Museum has the time clock from the Chair Factory and a wide range of chairs including children’s chairs made here in Williamsburg.
. The museum also has a photo of Mr. Ellis who took his new bride (and a horse drawn wagon full of chairs) to the Carolinas for their honeymoon.  It was a honeymoon snd a chance to sell some chairs! 
Join us on Friday, December 5th at 4PM at the Williamsburg Library on Main Street for the dedication and ribbon cutting.  Meet the artist, Ben Harrison and learn more!  ❤️
