Mobility & Movement Workshop

Tired of the aches and pains that come with life? We all have them, but I have good news! I am leading a FREE Mobility & Movement Workshop! I will lead you through a handful of moments and educate you along the way. Fitness level DOES NOT MATTER. These are movements anybody can do! We will be on the ground most of the time so bring a yoga mat, blankets, whatever you need to feel comfortable. Don’t forget your water. There will be heaters but I suggest dressing in warmer flexible clothing. Can’t wait to see you there!
