Open to students in grades 1–5, this engaging after-school enrichment series offers a screen-free way to move, breathe, and recharge after the school day.

Each class includes:

? Activities to build emotional regulation and focus

? A welcoming environment that fosters community and well-being

Led by licensed teacher and certified yoga teacher Tara Willits, this program supports students' mental, emotional, and physical health through mindful movement and intentional play.
