Vocalist Yumarya Grijt returns to the iconic Cathedral of Thorns, this time in a fresh musical collaboration with Baranka, led by renowned percussionist and sonero Magú (Leonard Reymound).
With a career spanning over 30 years, Yumarya’s voice and versatility have touched audiences across the world – from jazz and folklore to tropical Caribbean grooves. Baranka, meaning “solid rock” in Papiamentu, brings Cuban soneos, rich melodies, and a rhythm section that will move you deeply.
