Sips and Stems: The Equinox Bloom Brunch

The spring equinox marks the official first day of spring — a moment when day and night are nearly equal in length, symbolizing balance, renewal, and new beginnings. It’s a beautiful time to gather, reset, and celebrate the shift into a lighter, brighter season.

During this hands-on experience, you’ll watch a live demonstration on how to design a fresh, seasonal flower arrangement using beautiful spring blooms, then create your own to take home. As you design, enjoy a thoughtfully prepared artisan lunch featuring gourmet sandwiches, a fresh seasonal salad, and light sips to complement the afternoon.

Your ticket includes:

• A live spring floral arrangement demo with design tips and guidance by Sawyer of Simply Sawyer in Berlin, MD
• All flowers and materials to create your own arrangement
• Artisan lunch: 1/2 sandiwch of your choice of our housemade Curried Chicken Salad on a Wrap or Tomato, mozzarella, pesto & arugula on French bread
• A bright green salad with fresh herbs and housemade sweet shallot vinaigrette
• A raspberry elderflower mocktail (bubbles available upon request for guests 21+)
