I have one campsites reserved with electricity and water.. 

Technically all state parks say only 2 tents total allowed (mine and one other).  I have never seen any place enforce this though with usually up to 4 tents per site.

I am asking $20 per person for the whole weekend to reimburse my camping fees subject to adjustment depending on how many people. Food and supply costs are on you. (Due in advance to me so I’m not out the expense). 

Anyone else is also open to renting their own spot or a nearby Airbnb. People are also able to just join us for the day for hiking, etc. 

There are also only 2 vehicles allowed total at the site so people will need to carpool. There is probably additional parking at the lodge. This will need to be coordinated as well. And people will need to pay for their own parking pass.
