Both herbalists share a passion for identifying plants and using them to create herbal offerings for the community. During the walk, you'll learn to identify native and introduced species of plants and trees while discussing medicinal and culinary uses, ethnobotany, sustainable harvesting practices, folklore, and harvesting techniques.
We’ll finish by showing you how to make a wild spring salad using plants we gather along the way!
