This is a great class to learn which herbs can help support your immune and respiratory systems, help fight viruses, and warm you up during the winter months. 
We will also have herbal teas and homemade herbal cookies to snack on!

?Melissa, from meli’s flora, has been studying foraging and herbalism for 5 years and is a student of Chestnut School of Herbs, Wild Herb Academy and Kami McBride


Both herbalists share a deep passion for identifying local plants and transforming them into meaningful herbal offerings for the community.
