Arrow of Light Outdoor Adventure Day
A Full-Day Scouting Experience for Arrow of Light Scouts
Who: Arrow of Light Scouts in 5th Grade — come spend the day with Troop 321 (Long Beach, MS) and experience Scouting adventure! (AOL Den Leaders required; parents optional.)
What: A day of outdoor fun, teamwork, and skill-building.
Scouts will complete the following AOL Adventure Pins
- First Responder
- Outdoor Adventurer
-Into the Woods
-Into the Wild
Activities will include wildlife hike, nature exploration, fire building and outdoor cooking, first aid training, shelter and campsite setup, Leave No Trace challenge, campfire with songs and s’mores, and a Sunday morning reflection
When and Where
Saturday, December 6th- Sunday December 7th, 2025
Bus Option: Meet at Long Beach First Methodist Church 208 Pine St, Long Beach, MS 39560 by 7:00 AM sharp. Bus departs for Camp Tiak at 7:15.
Cub Pack or Parent Transport Option: Arrive directly at Camp Tiak, 64 Camp Tiak Rd, Wiggins, MS 39577 by 8:30 AM.
Pickup:- Camp Tiak at 5:30 PM Saturday (for AOLs not camping)
Bus will return to Long Beach First Methodist Church by 12:00 PM on December 7th
