Space to Breathe

Space to Breathe is a calm, welcoming workshop where you can step out of the rush and give yourself a little pause.

We’ll take time to slow down, check in with ourselves, and move at a pace that feels comfortable.

Everything is easy, gentle, and designed to help you feel steady, present, and supported.

Through simple guided moments, you’ll be invited to:

• Slow down and take a moment for yourself
• Notice what’s happening inside in quiet reflection
• Talk and share ideas in small groups at your own pace
• Listen and connect with others in a friendly, open way
• Leave feeling calm, supported, and a little lighter

You’re free to take part in whatever feels right for you no pressure, no expectations.

Come as you are, and leave with a little more ease, space, and calm in your day.

Please note we only accept participants who are 16+
