RULES - READ THEM

1. This is not a race, it's a social run and it's FREE to take part. You do not enter in advance, simply turn up on the night. 

2. You take full responsibility for yourself crossing roads, navigating the route and staying safe

3. NO HEADPHONES when running, but YOU MUST carry your phone and bring it to registration. 

4. Arrive 6:30pm for 7pm start. Parking is available at The White Lion. If the car park is full, please park on the road further up, in front of school. As you exit the White Lion, turn left towards M/Way junction and park on left hand side where there are no double yellow lines. 

5. If you park on double yellow lines, or double park, you'll be asked to move.

6. Bring trail shoes suitable for a muddy route, ideally something high viz and a good headtorch. If you need anything, call into the shop to see us. 

7. The route will be marked with signs, which have reflective tape on them. It will be easy to navigate, but you may wish to download to your phone / watch as back up. There are no marshals on the route, it's entirely your responsibility. 

8. The start is staggered, with a runner starting every 10-15 seconds, so we can safely start on the road. You will 'self seed' and slower runners should set off first (at 7pm) and faster runners go at the back. 

9. Respect the pub premises at all times, especially the toilets, THEY ARE NOT a changing room to trash as you like. 

10. Please stay for a drink or food afterwards and enjoy the post-run social. The pub are providing us with a great venue to host Bat Run so please support them.
