One Weekend. One God. Lives Changed!
Purpose: A Christ-centered weekend where middle and high school students can step away from daily distractions to encounter God in a personal and powerful way. Through studying the Bible, engaging in heartfelt worship, and building authentic friendships, we aim to help students deepen their faith, grow in their understanding of Christ’s love, and be equipped to live boldly for Him in their schools, homes, and communities.
Activities: ✨ Large group sessions with worship music and inspiring teachings ✨ Small groups for interactive discussions that build on those lessons ✨ Organized group games ✨ Cozy bonfires under the stars ✨ Outdoor pool for the bold ✨ Hiking trails
Venue: A Christian retreat center about an hour from Hainerberg Chapel
Transportation: Transportation details are still being determined. We are assessing the possibility of using chartered buses. If we cannot charter buses, parents will be responsible to bring students, and of course, carpooling would be encouraged!
Housing: Single gender, shared dormitory-style rooms, most using hall baths while a couple have private bathrooms.
Food:
Venue staff prepare the meals and serve them buffet-style. They are very attentive to those with allergies and serve those foods separately to those individuals. All meals will be provided from Friday evening through Sunday lunch.
A snack room is available where students may purchase snacks; this is done through cash, or tracking on a sheet with the student paying via a card at the end of the weekend.
Registration opens 3 January!
