Badil ist eine kühne Fusion aus Wüstenklängen, Psychedelia und Einflüssen des Alternative Rock. Diese innovative Mischung verbindet die tief verwurzelten Traditionen marokkanischer Musik mit der dynamischen Energie moderner Rockmusik und erschafft einen Sound, der zugleich zeitlos und zukunftsweisend wirkt. 

Gegründet am Rand von Casablanca von Moussa Khobzi und Zakaria Naani, schlägt Badil eine Brücke zwischen Tradition und Moderne. Angetrieben von einer gemeinsamen Leidenschaft für Wüstenatmosphären und alternative Ausdrucksformen entwickelte die Band ihren unverwechselbaren Klang. Ihre Debüt-EP Wehid (2022) stellte diese musikalische Identität erstmals vor. 

Gemeinsam mit Amine Er-Rahbaouy am Bass und den Backing Vocals sowie Kader Bounas am Schlagzeug erschafft Badil dichte, atmosphärische Klanglandschaften, die kulturelle Tiefe mit zeitgenössischer Kreativität verbinden.

Badil is a bold fusion of desert sounds, psychedelia, and alternative rock influences. This innovative blend marries the deep roots of traditional Moroccan music with the dynamic pulse of modern rock, creating a sound that feels both timeless and ahead of its time. 

Founded on the outskirts of Casablanca by Moussa Khobzi and Zakaria Naani, Badil bridges tradition and modernity, driven by a shared passion for desert atmospheres and alternative expression. Their debut EP Wehid (2022) introduced this unique sonic identity, with the single Sahara offering a first glimpse into their compelling musical world. 

Joined by Amine Er-rahbaouy on bass and backing vocals and Kader Bounas on drums, and with early contributions from former drummer Marouane Jbara.  
 
Badil crafts immersive soundscapes that blend cultural depth with contemporary creativity.
