Traditionally shaped by hand and made for special gatherings, cappelletti are a symbol of care, patience, and cooking for the people you love.Once our dough is rested, we’ll roll it beautifully thin and I’ll guide you step by step in shaping cappelletti by hand. We’ll fill them with a fragrant ricotta & herb mixture, keeping the flavors simple and honest.After the workshop, we’ll cook the cappelletti and eat together at the table, just as it should be.
