Join this meetup if you are interested in meditation, want to learn more about yourself, or simply want a few minutes of peace and silence in your busy life.

You don't need any special equipment or experience for attending this session. The event is conducted in English.

In Sahaja Yoga, meditation unfolds naturally by the inward movement of your attention. We will guide you in this journey but it is up to you to take the steps. Being natural and driven by the individual, Sahaja Yoga programs are always free of charge.
