INSTINCT - a day long 5Rhythms workshop with Nina Stopar (SVN)
Instinct flows from our body—fast, raw, and before thought.
With the 5Rhythms map, we will explore instincts through dance and movement, where creation begins. Let your movement arise from instinct, and blend with the intuition. Feel the body’s response to danger and attraction, sensing what words can’t. Step into the rhythm and discover the truth beneath the surface, surrender to the true body intelligence.

Nina is a dancer – an artist, painter, poet, performer and a teacher of 5Rhythms. She finished two master’s degrees, first in aesthetics, claiming that artists nowadays are becoming their artwork, and another in painting with the topic of body painting and developed her style of body painting, and published poetry book Words and Kisses. She has been dancing 5Rhythms for over ten years, completing her training in 2021. Since then, she has offered waves and workshops, “Dancing with Colours”, for people with disabilities, combining 5Rhythms with art. She lives as a freelance artist and shares her gifts with the local community. She works as a volunteer in Hospice and in center with people with disabilities. Occasionally, she teaches 5Rhythms.
