At AVL, one of the world's leading mobility technology companies, she built and led the Open Innovation activities, connecting startups, researchers, and business units to accelerate the development and implementation of new technologies.Today, she supports organizations, startups, and innovators in building meaningful partnerships and navigating the complexity of collaboration. She is also a founding and board member of Venture Clienting Austria, a non-profit initiative dedicated to promoting collaboration between startups and established organizations and sharing best practices across the ecosystem.Her work focuses on how innovation emerges between organizations and how relationships with industry can accelerate the journey from ideas and technologies to real-world impact.
