Im Tanz ist der Handstand eine dynamische, schwungvolle Bewegung und im Yoga oder der
Akrobatik eine kraftvolle, statische Position.
Wir werden in beide Welten eintauchen und du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, dem Handstand und den Handstandschwüngen auf verschiedene Arten näher zu kommen.
