CI Focus Day - High Connections This day is dedicated to exploring flying in Contact Improvisation! Since flying requires a safe landing, we'll start by reconnecting with the floor, building trust in our bodies and learning to land safely. We will also work on reflexes that protect us during falls and explore how to foster trust in each other, enabling us to remain relaxed even in risky falling, catching and flying situations. The workshop will be held in English, with German translation available, and is open to all levels of experience. This workshop can be booked as a single workshop or as a three part series. Price: € 120,- / TT's € 100,- Price for the whole 3 part series: € 310,- / TT's € 250,- Juli Gabor (HU/AU): is a holistic movement educator and bodyworker based in Vienna, Austria. Juli holds a Bachelor in Danish Psychomotor Therapy/Relaxation Pedagogy (2014) and she works professionally in the field of Health Promotion. She has over 20 years of experience in CI and more (release technique, easy acrobatics, various social dance forms). Juli is an Ilan Lev Method practitioner (2019) and works also as personal trainer. CI Fokustag – Verbindung in die Höhe Dieser Tag ist dem Fliegen in der Contact Improvisation gewidmet! Da Fliegen eine sichere Landung voraussetzt, beginnen wir mit der (Rück-)Verbindung zum Boden. Wir bauen Vertrauen in unserem Körper auf und lernen, sicher zu landen. Zusätzlich arbeiten wir an unseren Reflexen, die uns beim Fallen unterstützen, und erforschen, wie wir gegenseitiges Vertrauen aufbauen können, um auch in risikoreichen Momenten des Fallens, Fangens und Fliegens entspannt zu bleiben.
