Purpose of the Workshop

This workshop helps SMEs strengthen their workforce strategies across Attract, Develop, and Retain. Using simple models and real examples, participants will explore practical approaches to recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, continuous learning, and staff motivation. Contributors from local partners will provide insights into apprenticeships, levy transfer, and training opportunities.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

• Identify how champion networks and motivators support retention and engagement.
