Spring awakening afternoon retreat

🌷🎉✨🧘‍♀️Luna Yoga Spring awakening retreat 🌷✨It’s finally here…book now as places are limited! Luna Yoga Spring awakening retreat afternoon will be held on Sunday 29th of March 2026 3-6pm.

The 3hr session will include:
* Energising Hatha Yoga
* A guided Journaling session
* Yin yoga by candlelight with essential oils
* Sound bath
* Cacao ceremony
* Spring Gifts to use and take away
* Indian chicken curry, rice, onion bhaji and Popadoms. If you would prefer a vegetable curry please let me know prior to the event 😊

Location: The Woodlands bar and grill, Widnes, WA8 7XU. (upstairs function room)
