# Event Details - **Event Name**: Inclusive Sports 4 All - SEND Expertise - Chestnut Lodge School - 2nd Jan - **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 02 Jan, 2026 at 09:00 am – Fri, 02 Jan, 2026 at 01:00 pm - **Event Description**: SEND Expertise - Winter HAF Activities with Inclusive Sports 4 All, which takes place at Chestnut Lodge School, Widnes.About this EventThese sessions are only available for SEND children and young people who are between the ages of 5 to 16 years (groups will be split accordingly) who meet the eligibility criteria for the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme and reside within the borough of St. Helens.For our Chestnut Lodge School sessions, we will be travelling by coach from the Dream Car Park, 90 Jubits Lane, Sutton Manor, St Helens, WA9 4RU.The coach will depart at 9am so we kindly ask those who have secured a place to arrive no later than 8.45am.Coaches will return children to the Dream Car Park for 1pm.About our sessions:We aim to provide a stimulating, safe and happy environment for children of all abilities to play, learn and develop freely.The upcoming holiday camp features a daily swim and Christmas themed inclusive games.We encourage children to participate in all activities but also allow them time to rest and have quiet times as and when they feel the need.We encourage children of all abilities to be positive, respectful of others, and to become confident, independent individuals.We actively engage with parents and carers working in partnership to provide high quality play and care for their children.We routinely monitor and evaluate our services to ensure that we continue to meet the expectations and needs of parents and children within our community.We require that all parent and carers sign a consent form for their children to go swimming and for using the transport supplied.Please note: The coaches being used for transportation to and from Chestnut Lodge , will NOT be an adapted coach.There is a total of 20 places available on each session, 8 of the places available are for 1 to 1 support, and 12 of the places available are for none 1 to 1 support. We can offer personal care for all children even if they are not receiving 1 to 1 support.
