Srivatsa Ramaswami 100 Hr Vinyasa Krama Yoga Practitioner/Teacher Training Programme 27th July - 18th August 2026 Srivatsa Ramaswami was a direct student of the legendary Krishnamacharya. Now in his 87th year - he is also the longest standing student outside the master’s own family & studied exclusively with Krishnamacharya. He has been teaching for many years in India, at Kalakshetra (for 20 years, and recognized as an Institution of National Importance by the Govt. of India), Ramachandra Medical University, Yoga Brotherhood and others. We are truly blessed and very grateful to be receiving Ramaswami’s teachings directly this coming July/August in Ireland. It is rare these days to have access to a teacher of this calibre who is so close to the authentic, traditional teachings of Krishnamacharya. The programme is open to students & teachers of all levels & from all traditions of yoga. This programme will offer participants 1. An in depth presentation, practice & exploration of the 12 main sequences from the Vinyasa Krama Yoga methodology, their sub routines, vinyasas & counter poses along with correct application of breath. 2. A thorough exploration of the important Pranayama practices as taught to Ramaswami by his Guru. 3. Introduction to Pratyahara (sense withdrawal practice) & Dharana - the first limb of the meditative practices. 4. In depth study of the Yoga Sutras & Samkhya texts This training will be offered in the following ways 1. Fully in person (limited spaces) 2. Fully online 3. Partly in person & partly online A 100 hour Certificate of Completion will be presented to all who complete the full 100 hrs. These can be used for CPD hours.
