This Summer Solstice Retreat combines a mindful hike, forest bathing elements, nature connection, and a private riverside sauna experience — offering space to slow down, reconnect, and welcome summer with intention.

Guided at a relaxed pace through woodland trails, lakeshores, and mountain valleys, we’ll pause to notice birdsong, wildflowers, flowing water, and the vibrant energy of early summer. Along the way, we’ll also explore the fascinating geological story of Glendalough and the landscape that shapes this unique place.

After the hike, we’ll unwind in a private sauna beside the Avonmore River, with optional cold-water dips for those who wish.

We finish the day with a grounding herbal tea ceremony and gentle Solstice reflection by the fire.
