Step into the Celtic new year with a nourishing one-day retreat in Wicklow’s wild beauty. ??❄️

We’ll begin with a gentle, mindful hike, weaving in forest bathing and guided practices to help you slow down, reflect, and notice the turning of the season. As autumn gives way to winter, we’ll take time to honour Samhain - a threshold of release and renewal.

Afterwards, we’ll gather in a private riverside sauna by the Avonmore in Glendalough. Enjoy the warmth of the fire, optional cold-water plunges in the river, and a peaceful tea ceremony by the fire to ground and restore before we close the day together.
