This is a very popular area for fishing, hiking, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit are January through October. Hike lenth is 3.5-4 hours. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.Walkers should bring:Please wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers.Your backpack should include a rain jacket, lunch and plenty of water. We have ordered beautiful weather :)The meeting point location and facilitator contact details will be included in your order confirmation and email reminders closer to the date.Please, be aware that any in-person group will be cancelled if there is only one attendee.We can only offer refunds for cancellations made within 24hrs of the event start time.GDPR: Your data will be stored in the ADHD Eventbrite Account; all communication will be processed via ADHD Ireland Eventbrite account.
