Both Men & will will guide this HIKE.We’ll begin with a 10–12km hike, including the newly updated Spinc Loop, taking in the breathtaking landscape and allowing space for connection, conversation, and quiet reflection. Halfway through the hike, we’ll pause for a snack break, giving the body time to rest and refuel.During our time in nature, we’ll come together for a cacao and grounding meditation, embracing the feminine energy within us all — softness, intuition, presence, and connection — while grounding deeply into the earth and the beauty of this sacred place.After the hike, we’ll make our way to the Glendalough Hotel, where you can enjoy the stunning tower and beautiful architecture.
