DUSK NAVIGATION HIKE 

When the trail feels different!

Description:

Experience the trails as the light fades. Learn how the environment changes in low light and practice navigation skills in a slightly more adventurous setting. This is about trust — in your senses, your skills, your intuition and your pace. 

The perfect follow-up to Intro, or a gentle challenge if you’re curious!

Guided by Alicia Christofi-Walshe, She Summits founder and REC 3 First Aid trained Mountain Leader.

Kit list: Trail runners or walking boots, water and snacks, waterproof coat, hat, gloves, non-cotton clothes, and extra layers

This hike gives women of all fitness levels the chance to explore mountain navigation as the day fades to night. We will not be running or fast hiking on the course.

Participant limit: Keeping groups small ensures everyone gets personalised guidance.

About Alicia



Alicia lives in the foothills of the stunning Wicklow Mountains, a range she’s explored for 20 years. Her background combines mountain running with a Mountain Leadership Qualification. She founded She Summits in 2019 and co-founded Trail Criú in 2023. Inclusive and supportive values are at the heart of her work on the mountains.
