Awakening in the Wild - Forest Bathing in Co. Wicklow

Step into the ancient woodland of the Vale of Clara, one of Ireland’s oldest and most beautiful native forests, for a guided forest bathing experience that reconnects you with nature and yourself.

As spring unfurls its green magic, we’ll slow down together beneath towering oaks and whispering birches, tuning into the senses, the birdsong, and the quiet wisdom of the forest. This mindful walk is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, inviting you to pause, notice, and awaken to the living world around you.
