September is coming which means the return of "Strictly Season”.

If you want to add a little Glitter Ball energy to your workout routine join a FitSteps class near you! Fitsteps is a solo fitness class so you don't need a partner and you don't even need to be able to dance! It's fitness powered by dance moves that anyone can do!
