Led by Wichita native Kaylee Davis, a Yoga Alliance Certified instructor with over 400 hours of yoga and meditation training, this class emphasizes self-care, nervous system regulation through simple pranayama (breathing techniques), and creating a supportive environment where you can explore your own inner strength and resilience. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, you're welcome here.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
Class may be held indoors depending on weather.
