You are invited for our second to last conservation outreach class of the year - on personal & collective sustainability initiatives and renewable energy.  We break it down to the nitty gritty facts on household waste, municipal waste streams, compost & recycling, and food systems.  This year we'll be joined by the Local Roasters crew to jam about sustainable coffee & a fascinating foray into the agronomy & trade of our most beloved addictive brew.  We'll also enjoy a primer on renewable energy and a special local focus on wind turbines from Wichita State aerodynamicist and friend of the farm, Dr. Vijay Matheswaran.
