Scent'sory Restorative

Treat yourself to a cozy restorative yoga practice bathed in candlelight, incense, and a fall favorite, apple cider. Wear your most comfy sweater and bring in the softest of your blankets, eye pillows, crystals and anything that brings a sense of connection to your joy.

Practice time will be about an hour as we will burn Tribal Soul incense. When the time is right additional light sage and palo santo will create their own unique smell-scape. A sweet myriad of lofi sounds will fill the air as you unwind your mind and body soften.

Booking this event comes with a bonus cup of sparkling or warm apple cider and a sage and palo santo stick to brighten your own atmosphere.

If you want to bring your favorite essential oil, be our guest. Some delicate rose oil can be provided upon request.

Hope aims to keep the smoke at a light level for your enjoyment. However it is possible that folks with sensitivities to smells and scents may have unfortunate effects and ask that you use your best judgment in attending.
