This class is designed to help you understand why certain teas work, when to enjoy them, and how to build a tea practice that feels supportive, intuitive, and sustainable.

✨ In this class, you’ll explore:
• Tea for calm and nervous system support
• Tea for digestion and bloating
• Gentle energy without caffeine spikes
• Herbs vs true tea and how blends are thoughtfully built
• When to drink what throughout the day

🍵 Tasting Experience
You’ll sample three functional blends, including Ease N2 It, Turmeric, and Peppermint, while learning how and why each supports the body.
