Inspired by Wichita's iconic Keeper of the Plains by artist Blackbear Bosin and dedicated to the next generation of Symphony musicians, this statue celebrates our educational and community engagement programs—especially our Youth Orchestras, also known as THE SOUND OF WICHITA’S FUTURE.

The reveal happens just before our What Music Is concert, kicking off a week that honors music, learning, and Wichita’s vibrant arts scene. Come witness this new landmark honoring Wichita’s musical spirit!
