This is a unique event.
We will be Bridging together Mental Health, Plant Medicine, Energy Work Modalities, with Integration.
Read the Description carefully.
We will begin with an opening ceremoy.
Clearing the Mind, Body, and Energetic Bodies.
Followed by an Intention Setting Ceremony
where we will set our intentions for the medicine.
This leads into a beautiful Cacao Ceremony
We will take our Cacao up into the nature walk, or park and open our heart spaces up with nature
then we will have a 30 min meditation to get you into the mindful space for the medicine.
This time we will begin to enjoy our teas. We will go at a slower pace so that you may feel what is going on in your body, how it is affecting you, allowing your mind to relax and ease into the process.
There will be activities through out the day with a theme,
as the shifting moves we will begin with your adult self, younger self, teenage self, and inner child. Each stage clearing and releasing going into deeper aspects as the medicine guides the way.
We will be working with Intuitive Guidance, and the Integrated Trauma Release throughout the ages.
Dinner wiil be served arounf 6 pm to help to bring you back into your body.
After Dinner we will create our own Detox foot baths, and soak our feet as we process the journey letting anything toxic behind to be cleared and released.
We will then go into an energy scan checking to make sure everyone is back.
We will close the circle with a grounding meditation and a reflection circle.
