Come join us at Egg Cetera for a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich culture and flavors of Palestine. Indulge in traditional Palestinian dishes and experience vibrant music. This in-person event promises to be a feast for the senses, offering an authentic taste of Palestine right in the heart of our community. Don't miss out on this unforgettable cultural experience!

We are thrilled to showcase the culinary artistry of Jinan Deena, founder and owner of Bayti in Washington, D.C. She has crafted an exceptional menu that reflects both her Palestinian heritage and her deep passion for sharing the richness of Palestinian cuisine with communities around the world.

All ticket proceeds will be donated to the Gaza Soup Kitchen, an organization that provides food and essential support to families facing severe hardship in Gaza. Agnew Law, Bayti, and Egg Cetera have sponsored this event, so every dollar from ticket sales goes directly to the Gaza Soup Kitchen.

The event offers two pricing options: $75 for a seven-course meal, or $100 for the same seven-course meal paired with two glasses of wine. The meals will be served family-style, as is customary in Palestinian culture.

Salatat Baytanjaan
roasted eggplant dip, parsley, garlic, tomato, chilis, olive oil, lemon juice

Salata Arabiya
tomato, cucumber, parsley, mint, olive oil, lemon juice

Loubia bi Zayt
green bean stew: tomato, onion, garlic, spices

Ruz bi Shi riya
rice, vermicelli noodles

Dajaj Mashwee
roasted chicken thighs, garlic, Palestinian spices

Palestinian semolina cake

Bouzet al Da’
Pistachio ice cream
