Bike Walk Wichita and the City's Bike and Pedestrian Advisory Board oppose the recent city proposal, and urge the city to include bike lanes, safer lane widths, and better pedestrian access.

If you agree with us, please show up at the District 1 Advisory Board (DAB 1) public meeting, Monday, December 1st.  Location is the Atwater Neighborhood Resource Center, 2755 E. 19th Street N. (near E. 19th St N and N. Volutsia).

Unfortunately, the City has only provided a short timeline, before City Council votes, possibly this December. We would like to ask the Districts to promote more time for public discussion and design options.
