I was constantly thinking about my next snack, my next meal, my next desert, from the moment I woke up until I went to sleep. The scale ruled my life. I have tried everything to lose weight and keep it off. After being on this GLP1 support system just shy of 8 weeks I have lost 21 pounds. I am already feeling so much better with the food noise GONE! I have more energy-more confidence and feel so much better mentally. Not to mention the puffiness and inflammation is reducing daily.
