- **Event Description**: Kick off the new year right with a new 40 yard dash PR and some skills to practice at home to keep getting faster. Whether you're looking to work of some christmas cookies or chasing down a future goal this camp is great for you.

Athletes as young as 7 and as old as 18 can register for this camp. We will break into different groups and allow like-speed competitions so that everyone is challenged.

The camp will start with a pre event 10+40 yard dash test. We will then perform 2 hours of technique, speed, and power training with all participants. At the end we will post-test each athelte. Even after being tired most of our campers show faster times at the end AND we will have a prize package for the person with the best before & after improvements!
