We’re hosting a full weekend of workshops with Kelsey Nicole—focused on building strength, creativity, and control across all levels. Each class is designed to stand alone, so you can mix and match or take the full series.

All workshops are 90 minutes and $30 each
(Not included in subscriptions or packages, however Monthly members receive a 30% discount) 

Saturday, April 11

12:30 PM – Pole Fusion (Beginner)
Learn how to connect the tricks you already know into clean, creative sequences. You’ll explore both structured technique and improvisation to build combos that actually flow.
You’ll leave with at least one full combo and a framework to create your own.
No strong invert required.

2:30 PM – Pole Fusion (Intermediate)
Same concept, with more advanced transitions and pathways. Expect a faster pace and more complex combinations.
Must be able to enter an outside leg hang.

Sunday, April 12

11:30 AM – Inverting Intensive (Beginner / Early Intermediate)
Focused strength and technique for getting upside down safely. Includes drills (on and off the pole), progressions, spotting, and controlled exits.
Good if you’re close to inverting or want to clean up your form.

1:30 PM – Flexi Fun (All Levels)
Flexibility training—not just passive stretching. You’ll work on active mobility, proper engagement, and practical drills you can continue on your own.
No prerequisites.
