Each pose will be lovingly supported with bolsters, blankets, and sandbags, allowing your body to completely let go. Warm stones will be placed on key areas of the body to ease muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage circulation. As you rest, you’ll be surrounded by aromatherapy, soothing sounds, and mindful hands-on adjustments that invite your body and mind into a state of profound ease.

This practice is perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional or physical replenishment. No yoga experience is necessary — just an openness to receive.

Expect to leave feeling grounded, nourished, and renewed — from the inside out.

Our Hot Stones Restorative sessions will take place the last Sunday of the month from September through March, from 4:00-5:30pm.
