The 2nd Lovers and Friends Double Pole Fitness Event. 

This is a fitness class using only your body and the pole as the main equipment. Grab a lover or a friend to come with you to have a fun time with fitness. It is great for anyone first timer, beginners are welcomed. Ages 16 with a guardian up to 82 being my oldest thus far, co-ed (anyone excepted) and all experience levels who would like to try a different way to workout. This class is at the beginner level and will workout every muscle in your body☺️ in a good way. 

Everyone must sign a waiver for safety purposes prior to the class and you must participate if you show up. 
Mrs. Tye will introduce a mix of pole play, a full body workout and fun moments of freestyle to show your moves and build confidence. Gym clothes is the attire for this event. Shorts and tank tops may help you be more productive and hold on to the pole better! Post Valentine’s Day colors for this event (optional) are: Red/Black/White & Pink. 

This event you get 45 minutes of workout? and 45 minutes to show out? and/or dance. Bring your water and/or electrolytes. If you have never tried a pole class or want a new way to workout, grab a buddy or come solo and give a try. Tickets sale fast ?so contact me ASAP or interested. You can only buy tickets directly from me and may not trade or sale them since they are electronic?. Price is $46 for you and a buddy or $35 for just you, early bird price is over! You may pay through pay-pal, cash-app: $MrsTyeVizcarrondo or with cash. I can’t wait to have an awesome time with you!

Each Mrs. Tye event is a different vibe. My next event will be on 21 March 26 and will be a “Feeling Lucky Bingo and karaoke event. ?Green and/or rainbow?️‍? theme colors are welcomed , you can also pre-pay for now?.

This 2 hour event Early Bird price is $25 per person for the first 5 sign up then the price will go up. Afterwards you can get on my waitlist. 

You may pay through pay-pal, cash-app: $MrsTyeVizcarrondo or with cash. You get a discount if you pay with cash ?just FYI. Sorry no payments at the door unless there has been a prior arrangement with me.

I also sell certificates if you would like to give a friend one of my classes as a gift, this is great for any occasion.
