Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is your path to becoming a certified yoga teacher and deepening your personal practice — right here in Wichita Falls. With the next closest training over two hours away, this is a rare opportunity to learn locally in a supportive, in-person community.
This training honors the wisdom of traditional yoga while preparing you to teach in the modern world. You’ll study Hatha and Vinyasa styles, dive into yoga philosophy and anatomy, and develop trauma-informed, accessible teaching methods so you can guide safe and meaningful practices for real people with real bodies.

Training Structure
Our program is designed to fit into your life while still offering the depth of in-person training and mentorship.
One weekend per month (January–June) for immersive learning and practice.
One weekday class every week to build consistency and integration.
Additional time spent on personal practice, attending public classes, and completing personal growth + study assignments to help you embody the teachings.
This balanced structure allows you to stay connected to your practice, your community, and your studies without stepping away from your daily life.
